How do I start the process of getting a well drilled?

You will need a state of Colorado permit to drill a water well. Visit https://dwr.colorado.gov/services/well-permitting to apply for a residential (GWS-44) or commercial permit. Follow the instructions on the site to complete the process.

How do I find water on my property?

Start by visiting the well permit map viewer at https://maps.dnrgis.state.co.us/dwr/Index.html?viewer=dwrwellpermit to research the wells in your area. This should give you a good idea of how deep the wells are around your property.

There are several ways to assist you finding water on your property, as a company we do not guarantee or provide these services however you can contact them independently, feel free to call us for recommendations.

Next Steps?

Once you have applied for your water well permit and have decided on a location for your water well. Our team will do a site visit to assure that there is adequate space for our equipment. We will need a large flat area with access in order to move the drilling equipment to your site. Once a signed contract and deposit have been submitted we can coordinate a time for drilling.

How long does it take to drill a well?

On average it takes 2-5 days to complete a well from start to finish.

How do I get water to my house after the well is drilled?

Once the well is completed, a pump and water system can be designed based on depth of well, amount of water, distance to the home from well and type of pump.

What is included in the water well drilling cost?

The cost of the water well will include drilling, casing and a well cap.
